    I visit FileConnect, enter our serial number and we get the following message:


    You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this serial number. Please contact Customer Service if you need further assistance. 

    We haven't downloaded an update for at least a year. We have 11.0 RU7 but want to download update 2 for this. We don't have an active maintenance contract so I really don't know how else to get around this problem.

    Please try downloading from another machine or another browser and see if it helps. Or contact Supoort

    Hello,

    Licensing team should be contacted in such cases for checking the contract.

    Licensing team can give you a temporary serial number and customer can login to Symantec File-Connect website.

    You can contact Symantec Licensing Department for the same.

    Contact Symantec Customer care, and reset the no. of downloads available on your serial number.
