  • 1.  Reporting is not Proper after Migration from 12 RU3 to 12 RU5

    My SEPM manger is running on 12 ru 3 ,recently i have upgraded to 12 ru5 ,now my clients are not reporting properly .

    Eventhough the clients are online ,on my manger it shows as offline .

    On the home page pie chart goes offline intermittently as a result unable to find  the count of updated ,out dated or disabled status .

    This seems to be an issue, I've seen others over the past week with similar issues. May want to log a support case.

    Assuming you go to the client itself, everythign shows good?

    Client is updating and having the green dot,on the connection status server is connected

    Yep. same thing as in the other two similar threads I saw earlier this week. Seems to be something with the DB. are you running embedded or SQL? I believe the issues I saw were with embedded.

    we are using sql db itself as the client count is around 10000+

    Best I can offer is to open a support case to have them look at it, may be a bug of some sort.
