Hi is any configration avail that when Laptop is not avail in the network. It get direct communicate with Symantec Live and get the latest update definition from there.

yes, thats very much policy. ENable the location, when in network get the update from SEPM and when away enable the LU on client so that it connects and update from Symantec servers.
