    Are you running Ad-Aware on the client. There has been a report of this error when Ad-Aware was installed.
    If that is not the case, you may have to try uninstalling then reinstalling the client.

    in my case, I had to add Read Permission in windows registry for USERS Group on key:
    HK_LM / SOFTWARE / SYMANTEC
