can not export install package SEP 12

  • 1.  can not export install package SEP 12

    Hi all.

    I have read https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/cannot-export-client-package-symantec-manager-121

    but it does not work with me.

    I install SEPM 12 on XP.

    any one can help me, pls

    do a repair from add/remove programs and then try to export

    Repair the SEPM and let know if it resolves the issue for you.

    What is the error message you receive it?

    Can you send the tomcat log (i.e. tomcat\logs\scm-server-0.log)?

    when I export package, it preparing and preparing continuously

    The logging was not set to finest, I believe! Can you please configure it to finest and try exporting?

     

    However there is an error

    Client gate1 is trying to register with invalid Domain ID 53D6BF060A4108C701D62C083A52326B.
    , looks like the configuration on SEPM has been changed, the client is trying to connect to another domain, which it cannot reach.

    Hello,
     
    Please try this:
     
    Could you please Run the upgrade.bat file as Administrator?
     
    Upgrade.bat file could be found under C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin

    are u exporting the package within the console?

    I export package from console, I can log in it.

    I was try with 3 SEPM server and all of it have this trouble

    Hi, 

       I think Nothing is  wrong .

    Some question did you uninstall and reinstall ?

    Are the clients communicating ?
