SEPM 12.0 Bandwidth Limit

Is it possible to limit bandwidth available to SEPM 12.0 like was done in SEP11 using IIS?

I read a previous discussion about the same request, but no real solution from Symantec at this time.

What about now? Can Symantec propose us a solution to limit the bandwith with remote site low level of bandwith?
