Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

  • 1.  Enter your user name and password to log on to Symantec Reporting

    Dear All

    Just upgraded to 12.1.671.4971 Endpoint Small Business on Server 2003 standard.

     

    I am able to login to protection centre but when selecting the 'Home' tab I get the following logon box;

    "Enter your user name and password to log on to Symantec Reporting """"" "

    Using the same credentials as the manager login dont work, restarting all Endpoint services also doesnt work. Has anyone come across this before?

    if you have enabled enahanced security in IE disable that too..
