SEPM 12.1.4 LiveUpdate unexpected server error

Hi, when I liveupdate in the sepm which has just be installed, it shows liveupdate has started. Then I get "unexpected server error"

In the file GupListPublishTask-0.log there are messages:

how many SEPM's are connecting as load balance?

isn't the SEPm not getting the updates?

Hi

Please follow the steps below

To register SEPM with LiveUpdate:
Click Start, then Run.
Type cmd, then click OK. This will bring up a command prompt.
At the command prompt type cd and the path to lucatalog.exe. By default the command would be:

cd C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin

Type lucatalog.exe -update

How the SEPM gets the update? Just like SameerU suggests? I'm trying

I remember a simillar issue, Is liveudpate successful? In another case LU was successful but you would find these warnings.

Further details and full logs would be help in order to provide you an optimized assistance.

When you run LiveUpdate manually, how the LiveUpdate session ends ? All the definitions are not updated or only AV/AS Defs ?

Are you using Embedded or SQL Server for the database of your SEPM ?

Gather Log.LiveUpdate and SesmLu-0.log after reproduction of the issue.

Sometime it happened that by executing command Luall.exe works fine but automatic didn't.

But we resolved this after re-installing LU and reconfigure the proxy settings.

I don‘t resolve the problem. Luall.exe works fine, but automatic in the sepm didn't all the time.

I doubt it has't permission somewhere, but I have no clue.

At the windows event viewer it shows "Access Denied".
