  • 1.  Error Message Adding License File

    Just installed GSS and had my supervisor email me the .slf file in order to register the software.  When I browse and select the file, it gives me this error message:
     
    A licensing error occurred:
     
    The license file is not correctly formattted (0x80000010)
     
     
    Looked around for this message but couldn't really find anything.  Anyone know anything about this?

    Hi,

    Most likely, license file is corrupted when emailing, since it has XML tags.

    Could you ask him to send a compressed file (zipped) and check if it works?
