    hi guys,

     We upgrade 12.1.4 to 12.1.5 in windows 2003 server,is it support??

    After upgradation sepm 12.1.5 is not login,show some errors." Unexpected server error "

    Windows XP(32 bit) will support sepm 12.1.5?

    We need to install manually to the client pcs with different drive(NOT IN C drive),HOW?

    i restart sepm services and also server.and still its come??

    Please try to repair SEPM console on add/remove programe and check again.

    now its work.i restart sepm services two time and server also..now its working.

    can you post SEP_inst.log for more troubleshooting.Logs available %TEMP%.

     

    ***BE 2014(SP2) agent will support Windows 2003 server?***

    You need to raised diffrent thread in BE 2014 community.

    First you can check on XP machine if installation done you can install on server 2003

    first you can try cleanwipe tool then install sep package.

    also you can export fresh setup and try to install.

    You can download for fileconnect in tool folder,

    SEPM 12.1 RU5 part 2 download and cleanwipe folder available ,If you don't have license key you need to contact symantec support.

    2015-04-22T11:24:43.304Z FATAL . Error code: 2 (0x2): The system cannot find the file specified    .

     

    Does Cleanwipe tool are corrupted ?

    or may be some OS problem may be you need to reinstall OS.

    How many system having issue ?

    11 Windows XP OS.wepush the agent .but no one updated.so i started manually.tat also no response,not install

    We need to manually install SEPM 12.1.5 package to different drive,so what is the solution for that?

     

    u give me this solution but its not working.in the process of install ,it will not ask destination location.

     

    Any other solution?

    You need to change destination when you will create SEP client package.

    Now some issue: Security Status-Attention Needed 

    QUERY FAILED

    This query could not be processed for one of the following reasons:

    1. The database query timed out. Try reducing the number of filters, or increasing the SQL Server query timeout value.
    2. An unexpected error occurred. Try running the query again by using default filter values.
    3. String encoding was possibly not UTF-8, and may result from copying and pasting data instead of typing data. Try typing data in the input fields.

    HI guys,

    we have now proble, with windows 2003 server.when i push the package to one of our windows 2003 server it show

    "AN ERROR PREVENTS THIS PROGRAM FROM CONTINUING 

     CAN'T WRITE TEMP FILE THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED ""

    RU5  known Issue.

    Solution:- Upgrade to SEPM RU6 when released.

    Kindly find the below Fix ID.
