    Hello Everybody!

We upgraded our SEP Manager then I installed Managed SEP 11.0.5002.333 32bit on Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit after reboot I logged in with my domain username/password I got a blue screen of death 2 or 3 minutes later. I restarted my PC 4 times I got same error then I uninstalled it. Memory dump files was created.
We don't have any problem with unmanaged SEP.
    Managed SEP 11.0.5 64bit works fine on Win7 64bit.
We had a similar problem with SEP 11.0.4 (blue screen of death before login screen appeared) but it is not compatible with Win7.

    Thanks for help!

You should file a case for this issue and send your dumps to the support team.

I have the same issue with some Vista computers. Try uninstalling Network Threat Protection on these machines. Go to Add Remove Programs, select SEP and Modify it.

Note that when you remove NTP, you'll have to remove Application and Device Control as well. This might help until you get a solution from the support.

I think I've found the cause of blue screen error. I made some tests and when I had installed SEP before I installed SCCM agent I didn't get blue screen error. If SEP is installed and SCCM isn't I don't get blue screen error so SCCM and SEP together cause the problem. I installed SEP after that I started to install SCCM agent and while SCCM installation was in progress I got blue screen error.

I had the exactly same problem but with Windows Vista.

I realised that the problem was SCCM because after upgrading SEP from MR4 MP2 to RU5, after 2 minutes of the boot just when the CCMEXEC.EXE was consuming a little bit more CPU I got the BSOD.

I've uninstalled both then installed first SEP RU5 then SCCM Agent. It worked for me.
