    What is the defenition of the "disabled" clients in SEPM 12.1?

    where do you see this message? it might be AV is disabled , Firewall disabled. However screenshot should help.

    It means any one of the protection technologies is disabled or malfunctioning. Could be AV, PTP, NTP, Download Protection, or tamper protection. You need to click on the disabled link above in the screenshot to get further info as to what it may be.

    Brian,

    Ok i think i understand, in the previous version it was called different.
    I have disabled tamper protection on a lot of clients so i think this is the issue.

    yeah, click on the disabled link it will show the clients and their status

    Hi,

    If you maximize the screen-shot you can find definitions date about disabled clients.

    You need to go to clients tab and select disabled clients.

    As an FYI, you can verify this in the logs for deeper detail.

    Go to Monitors >> Logs

    Log type: Computer Status

    Select Compliance Options

    here you have the ability to check more detail. Select each as needed

    Click View Log
