    Hello, Good day

    Guys

We had got some error message from proxysg. The error message is :

    Network Error (tcp_error)

    A communication error occurred: ""

The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

When refreshing website (request to website second time) then visit to the website successfully through the proxysg. Our local dns, BCAAA service and proxysg resource were working fine. What should i check guys ?

    Have a nice day.

Hi, TCP_ERROR is when the ProxySG makes a request to a Web Site and either does not get a reply back or the connection is terminated by the upstream device. Refer this kb article https://support.symantec.com/us/en/article.tech243638.html

We had the same issue. Found out that the website uses 2 IP addresses and ProxySG tries to always connect to the ip that is not working. Is there a way to configure ProxySG to try all the IP addresses that was resolved by the DNS? The page loads properly when we define one of the working IP on the browser instead of the url.

    Hi Chancho,

for the above issue mentioned you can create a forwarding of websites to the working IP address.

    refer below KB Article..

Thank you for the links. We used the forwarding feature in the policy to forward to the good ip whenever the user requests for that url. However our concern is if the website replaces the ip used.
