Endpoint Protection

    Hi,

    When I log on into Symantec Protection Center and select the Symantec Endpoint Protection Web Console to admin, I get this message:
    Internal Error

    Check log file for details and the stack trace. You can increase the tracing level by setting TraceMgr.level=10 in conf/TraceMgr.properties file

     

    SEPM version 12.1

    IE version: 8

    Windows 2003 server STD

    Anyone face this problem..

    it should be related to IIS

    do an IIS rest; check if that works.

    After Reset the IIS , still I've the same issue

    Have you tried from a client OS such as Win7 or XP?

    if its SEPM 12.1 ; then it does not uses IIS, its only uses apache/tomcat

    were you able to access that before? if you have enhanced security in IE; you can try disabling that ; and also check event viewer and see if you find some event ids;

    Hello,

    Could you try uninstalling Java from the Machine and Try installing The Latest version of Java on the machine again?
