  • 1.  Access Denied downloading evaluation Altiris Deployment Solutions

    When I try to download evaluation copy of Altiris Deployment Solutions, I gets access denied error message.

     

    Access Denied
    You don't have permission to access "http://esdownload.symantec.com/CD/MTV/altiris_deploymentsolution_win_6_9_SP5_MR2_client.zip" on this server.

    This is the response from Altiris Support on this issue,

    "Thank you for update. There are some issue we have noticed like while downloading the MR2 from the same page getting access denied when clicked on 'download now' button. However if we let the download manager initiate the download automatically it works fine. I apologize for inconvenience we are working on fixing these intermittent issues on the server."
