  • 1.  Symantec error proxy 1003,8

    What's the reson of this error message (as picture).? what is the sollution ? My SEPM version is 12.1.....How to stop those error message?Please provide me any datasheat or information to stop this error message. This is disgusting to  see this error message after starting the pc everytime.

    can you click on the symantec KB link on the message?

    on one client machine showing error, remove email plugin

    Hello,did you ever sent a mail to the particular person with the subject - scheduled report.....

    If no,there might be undetected malware on your machine

    Else

    1. go to add remove program
    2. Select Symantec Endpoint protection , click Change and then Modify
    3. Uncheck Anti Virus Email Protection and install.

    See if you are still getting the error

    OR

    1. Go to \Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccEmlPxy.dll.
    2. If the file is present then rename it to ccEmlPxy.bak and restart the computer.

    (If you cannot rename the file,temporarily turn off tamper protection and delete file in safe mode with networking).

    Perform a system scan with Norton Power Eraser with its sensitivity set to aggressive(Warning - Risk of fakse postives!!!)
