  • 1.  Question marks instead of russian letters at AD tree

    Hi.

    After DLP upgrade from 14.6 to 15.0 I have an issue:

     

     

     

     

     

    Question marks itself is not so big problem, but I can't expand the tree - I get "Node not found" under the branches with question marks.

    Same issue with Greek Characters. Direct installation on DLP v 15.0

    Have you installed the new Language Packs?

    You will need to reinstall the Language packs after an upgade.

    I never used the language packs before, but installed and applied one when faced the issue and it didn't help.

    Please, help - I can't make few important policies without ability to create new user groups from AD.

    Symantec support has provided the hotfix, which solved the issue for me,
