    Posted Oct 22, 2010 01:22 AM

I have a client who has been classifying Service Desk Emails as Junk emails that they don't want to create incidents for.

However, this now has cuased the server to ignore emails from the same user that should be getting logged.

Where can the Junk (or Blacklisted for that matter) emails address be found and changed.

    Thanks

Which email client is the client using? Is the client using any 3rd party anti-spam software?

These questions probably need to be answered before we can provide better help.

in classify emails routine it is possible to mark email as junk and after that it's added to blacklist.

So no email client used at all.

You can find the list from sql-database: sql dbo.ServiceDeskBlackList
