    Hi I have some ckinets not taking update from SEPM , they are conncted to the SEPM and online, any body can help?

    Is the SEPM updated?

    If the SEPM is updated then run the sylink toogle and paste the logs

    The SEPM is updated server is updated but still some of the clients are not updated , i tried to make force updat from the clients side and the SEPM side but still it is not updated .

    Whether all problematic clients are belongs to same group/groups?

    The SEPM Ver is  11.0.4202.7, no the clients are in different groups,but the issue is that some of these clients were taking update until 2 or 3 days ago, then they stooped.

    Recently any changes are done?Are you getting green dot on the clients?Whether all belongs to same subnet?

    No changes happened ,  yes i get green dot on the clients .
