  • 1.  BSOD when boot to Windows

    Hi Support,

     

    My pc will become blue screen just after I see my log in screen.

    I am running Window 7 Pro 32 bit and SEP v 12.1.3001.165

    When I uninstall the AV the bluescreen gone.

     

    Need help urgently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You can upgrade to 12.1.4 and see what the result is. For BSOD you will need to work with support. What components do you have installed?

    Yes you can upgrade sep 12.1.4 that issue are resolved sep 12.1.4

    What are the components installed on the SEP client ?

    Also can you try installing the core components and update
