    we are running SEP v11.0.3001.2224.  I would like to check for version updates and get information on how to upgrade to the latest version.  thx in advance.

     The latest version Available is 11.0.5002.333 ( MR5/RU5)
    Follow this article to upgrade to this latest version from any other previous versions including 11.0.3001.xxx

    The link provided by vikram will be crucial for your upgrade procedure. But make sure that the SEPM service has been stopped before you run the setup. SEM service is accessing the database. When you upgrade the SEPM, its going to upgrade the database schema as well. So, we do not want any active connectins to the database while this is going on.
