Manual update is not happening

    Hi All,

           I am trying to update my clients  manually by using jdb files in server  but it is showing error file can any one tell me what may be the reason.

    can you provide error screen shot ?

    Try to clear Corrupt Virus Defination

    You can download JDB file and Paste below path

    In Client END

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1101.401.105\inbox

    In SEPM Server

    the jdb file should be processed. does it gives .err ?

    HI

        I can not send screen shot but i will explain normally after pasting jdb file in sepm a folder will be created automatically but in this case it is not creating folder and immediately that .jdb file is becoming .jdb.err file

    Hello,

     

    May be the defibntion which you have downloaded is corrupted, redownload the defintion.

    after copying the jdb file into incoming folder and after sometime when it genereates .err error pass on the scm-server-0.log

       I have uninstalled liveupdate. and reinstalled then update happend thanks every one...
