    Hi,

We are using Threat reporter 7.1, is it possible to get update or do we need to pay for that. I know there is 7.2 or higher

Do you have a Platinum account? If so, log in there to see if the latest version is available for download.

Let me know if that does not work for you.

I had seen this threat reporter...
It is really handy for both SSC and SEP...
Why doesnt the apps on sale for us clients?
This would be a big hel because we do reports manually over the reporting server/ parent server...
    thanks...

Threat Reporter is a consulting based and supported product - you should contact the consultant who originally installed the product for you.

    Hi Team,

How could a symantec client get one?
if this is proprietary how could we make reports as good as the STR can?

    thanks...

Threat Reporter is a consulting written reporting tool.  It is not free, but delivered as part of a paid for consulting engagement.

If you want to use it then you should contact your local Symantec representative and ask about consulting services to install Threat Reporter.
