  • 1.  Upgrading Deployment Solution with NS Solution Center?

    I am currently running Deployment Solution 6.9.355 (SP1). It seems to me that I’m not getting the current update through NS Solution Center and solution sam does not look like it’s up to date.
    Has the way of getting new updates or service packs been changed?

    Users can download different versions and builds of Deployment Server from:

    ftp://ftp.altiris.com/Product/Deployment_Server

     

     

    (User = epmftp             Password = Altiris123)

     I think the answer to your question alpe is:

    There is no update to Deployment Solution 6.9 Sp2 or Sp3 on SolutionSam because the Notification Server add-in from the DS team is no longer updated.

    I suspect this is due to limited use from customers and the release of CMS 7.0.
