  • 1.  Error message "Unable to communicate with the reporting component"

    Windows 2003 Server SP2 32-bit after Join Domain, Login administrator console display a message "Unable to communicate with the reporting component".  There are nothing display in Administrator Console Home, Monitor & Report page. Before I join domain everything is ok. I can login adminstrator console & no error.

    My configuration is below:
    VMWare Server 2.0.203138
    Assign 2G ram & 50GB HD to VM Machine to install Symantec Endpoint 11 Manager Server
    Windows Server 2003 sp2 32-bit
    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11.0.5002.333
    Embedded database

    After Join Domain & Reboot. First time login display this error message "Unable to communicate with the reporting component".
