Norton AV false warnings

Hi all,

We distribute a basic software package that is really just a collection of html and word files using a standard .exe install

However, customers of ours with different installs of Norton AV get warning messages, please see below.

What is the best way/process to deal with this?

Can we submit our package to Norton?
