Hello , I am having a problem with the report of Carbon Copy in the Notification Server.

The log´s of Carbon Copy in CCw32.Log is perfect it´s show me ALL information!!!!But when, i want to make a Carbon Copy report into the reports of Notification Server:
(going to - altiris console http://localhost/altiris/console/ - view - solutions - Carbon Copy-

and then i clic on reports).

Well, my problem is when i see the information in the report, in the report doesn´t show me the information, i don´t know why it don´t register the information of  conexion, session activity, warnings and error events, etc.

    thanks

I don't use CC a lot, but I think that the details communicated back to the NS by CC are a reduced version of what you can see in the actual client log.  If none of the information is being reported (you should, at a minimum, get details about Connections, sessions, etc), then there may be something incorrectly configured on your Agent.  In the core Altiris Agent settings (I think; not at my NS now) there is an option to not post back certain events.  Verify that those are OK.  Also, check that purging has not been set to a very low level in Configuration > Server Settings > Notification Server Settings > Purging Maintenance for the Carbon Copy options.   Are there any log errors on your NS or the SQL box when starting or completing a CC session with a machine?  Maybe the information is not being posted back properly or the NS can't write it to the DB for some reason...

Are you on CC 6.1 or 6.2?

Hi, i am also having a strange problem that i hope somebody can help me with:

When I do a carbon copy daily activity report, the results shows me the name of the machine the users has connected to, however it does not show me the user that is making the connection. it just shows user1, how do I get it to show that host name instead of just user1?
