    hy everyone

     

    i have a symantec messaging gateway 10.5

    i configure the notification email for "new spam messages in spam quarantine". this setting sends a message to users who have new spam.

    my question is: for a userA is possibile not receive the "spam messages in spam quarantine" but forward to userB?

    Hi Alessandro,

    User B cannot recieve behalf of User A.

    All spam messages goes to spam quarantine, and each user has its own messages. 

    You can choose not to hold messages in spam quarantine for user A. Or you can choose not to send Quarantine notifications to User A.

    I hope that explains your question. Otherwise explain a bit more and I might be able to help.
