    Hi All,

As per topic, how can we check more details on the email that's being send by SBG to recipient?

For example, from the Audit logs it mentioned that email has been delivered to recipient at 8pm but user claimed only recived it at 12pm (4 hours later)

    How to further analyze this?

    Regards,

There is no reason to question that timestamp unless the time on the Messaging Gateway is wrong. What time does their mail server say it received it?

    Hi Davis,

Means that we need to check at the next server hop?

They didn't actually check on the recipient mail server... but the recipient herself claimed that she received the mail very late..

    Try this tool: http://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx

Paste the headers from the recipients copy and see what the TZ adjusted delays are and what hop caused them.

    Hi Cricket,

    Many thanks!

Is there any other aspect/log that should we look at?
