    Hi there

     

    We have a lot of email attacks from senders pretending to represent F-Secure, and the e-mail contains an .exe file (Trojan.Downloader). I am sure a lot of you knows this threat

    I can see in the Quarantine log that a lot of these mails are removed by SMS 6.0. But now and again one of them slips through and reaches the clients mailbox, where it (luckily) is quarantined by Symantec Endpoint 11.0.2. But I have to do some paperwork every time :-(

    What can I do the close this gap?? Why are they slipping through??

    I have set up to block .exe files of course, and rapid virus update is every 3 hours.

     

    Anyone has any ideas?
