Hello,
Some e-mail sent from Internet to our users do not reach their mailboxes, I was looking to understand the problem, so I checked "
Message Audit Logs" and found the reason: "
Rejected message for exceeding size limit".
I did not set Brightmail to message/attachment size limits, so i do not know what to do.
