I have a virtualized ghost server on an isolated VLAN in a lab ghosting 700 machines from the same image. I've deployed 300 of the new machines to the domain and ran a REFRESH task in the console on my actual ghost server which is on the domain. About 20% of my machines are showing up with all the needed information across multiple subnets (computer name) with the AMD PCnet configuration. My problem is that he rest of my machines across multiple subnets (several hundred) all show up with UNIVERSAL PACKET DRIVER 2.0 with only a mac address and no other information so when I need to push an AI package I wont know where all my machines are. All computers are Dell GX745 running WIN 2K connected via Gigabit Fiber.    Thanks

    forgot to mention

all machines imaged with PE boot disk, all machines have same kind of NIC with static ip's and can pull/push to the ghost server just fine if they have boot disk. using gss 2.5 on Windows 2003 servers but imaged with older ghost cast server not on the domain. Also have 2 other ghost cast servers on the domain running older versions of ghost. The master image contains the PubKey cert  for the new ghost cast server with the client software installed. I imaged the machines using the onboard RJ-45 NIC 20 a time connected via CAT-5 to same switch from the older ghost cast server on seperate VLAN, not on the network. Then deployed imaged machines to domain enabling the Fiber NIC with static IP. All machines are on in the same OU in Active Directory and my symantec endpoint anti virus server (same server as new ghost cast) can see all the machines and push to them.

For some machines, if you select manually the NIC interface on the client in your new Ghost console, and try a refreh configuration task ?
    Does it work fine ??
