  • 1.  GSS2 Trialware

    From what I have seen, I am having a common problem with my download of GSS2 trialware. I have not received a license file to enable use of the console. I have downloaded the trial multiple times and never received an email, I have even downloaded it from Binary Research, they sent a couple of emails, one with the password for the trial zip but still no license file.
     
    I would normally get an email if something had been blocked by our email system so think it unlikely that the problem lies there.
     
    So if someone from Symantec can mail me the file seperately I would be grateful, I am trying to demo this to a customer to get them off Zenworks and this isn't helping matters!!

    Hmm...I'm having the same issue too.  Unfortunately we do not have any current trialware licenses and do not handle licensing directly. 

    I'll notify someone of this issue and see if this can be resolved quickly.

    This problem is being looked at with high priority but may take a little while to resolve. I have requested a trialware license that I can pass on in the mean time.

    Hello PanaGuy, Aidennz and co,

    I have received a trialware license file which expires on the 3rd November 2007 and have emailed this to you so you can begin testing shortly.  If you have any problems feel free to post them on the forums.

    For anyone who has not received their license file after downloading the GSS 2.0.1 trialware, reply to this thread or send me a private message with your email address and I'll send you a copy of my trialware license.

    I will post a notification once this issue has been resolved.

    *Remember to read the Readme located in the Ghost folder to review the limitations of trialware.

    This issue has been resolved and GSS 2 Trialware licenses should be automatically sent to your email address when you start the download. Thank you for your interest in Ghost Solution Suite.
