  • 1.  Firewall Levels

Maybe I'm just missing it, but how does SEPC determine if it's connected to a private or public network.  It mentions the definition Windows uses, but it doesn't tell you if SEPC will prompt the user to select what network type it is connecting to.

The firewall level lets you control the incoming network traffic and outgoing network traffic between networks.

In Windows, a public network - like in coffee shops - is a type of network wherein anyone has access and through it can connect to other networks.

In Windows, a private network - like your home or your work network - is any connection within a specified network wherein restrictions are established to promote a secured environment.

Windows prompts the user. How does SEPC know which network type it is connected to?
