  • 1.  DLP Oracle: How to see current value for Oracle RAM?

    Hi,

What's the command to see current value sets for Oracle RAM?

I can see the default value in this KB but it doesn't mention steps to reproduct/view it:-

    Regards,

    Hi Ins007,

One of the easiest ways to see the current values sets for oracle is to use the Oracle Web Management Console. When you enable this you can view all current tablespaces as well as sga and pga RAM usage.

Enabling the Web Management console needs to be done through connecting to SQLPLUS.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

    Hi Inns007,

The Oracle Web Management Console is not shown in the admin guide. It is something that can be enabled using SQLPLUS. Enabling this is also supported by Symantec.

Is the Database in question a test database or production?

I have attached a screenshot of my environment with the Web Management Console.

If you want me to let you know how to enable this then plase let me know.

    Thanks
