Hi, your options are;
1) Reset the Administrator password with the AdminPasswordReset utility located on the Enforce Server;
- You'll need the password for the DLP Database Oracle Account.
- Syntax as below, run by logging into the Enforce Server as the system account created during install (protect), or an account with local administrative access, run command prompt as administrator and navigate to $installdir$\Protect\bin\;
AdminPasswordReset -dbpass oracle_password -newpass new_administrator_password
2) Reinstall the Enforce Server, if you've got data in the Oracle Database - don't reinitialise the database when you're prompted in the wizard. You'll need need the Oracle Database password for this step, so if you can do this you can do the first step!
