  • 1.  How to make Chrome compatibility to open DLP EnforceGUI?

    Hi,

    Chrome not working anymore to access the Enforce WebGUI? Chrome is reported as "Unsupported browser" after accessing the webpage. Is there any way to make it supported?

    You can use Chrome browser by changing the manager.properties file.

    Before making changes make sure to stop DLP services.

    • On the Enforce server, go to \SymantecDLP\Protect\config
    • Open manager.properties in you favorite text editor
    • Find "com.vontu.manager.unsupported_browser_authentication = false"
    • Change "false" to "true"
    • Save and close the file

    On Vontu services or Enforce server restart required to begin using Chrome, Safari or something else immediately. It will be working fine, I have done it.
