DLP and ICE Integration

Hi, everyone.

I have Symantec DLP Enterprise Suite running on trial license currently and I would like to integrate it with the ICE console which I have access to. I have already included the credentials into the ICE Cloud Access Settings in the DLP Console under Settings -> General. But I still do not see the Endpoint Prevent: Encrypt action when trying to create an encrypt response rule.

Hi Pan Fei Teh,

I think you would require a License for ICE regarding DLP. If you have an .slf file for ICE/ICS try uploading it onto the DLP Enforce Web Console.

Where can I get the license? Is it from the console? Because I only received the activation email for ICE that's all.

I managed to get the license file. It was sent to my Product Manager instead of me due to the Symantec set him as the primary recepient.
