Proxy server is not responding

Hi,

 

I have seen many times when some users try to access some website they get the error "proxy server is not responding".

Hi Aboo,

 

              These might be generic errors showing up by the browser when it is getting a response which is not expected. While it is not easy to say the exact error, I have seen these related SSL handshake failures. Taking a pcap on such instance will give more details on what is happening.

So i need to take pcap from proxy or directly from Client machine ?

Hi Aboo,

 

               It will be good if you could take it from client as it gives the attempts from client side in full. If not possible, you can try with Proxy too.

Thanks, i collected PCAp and found it was block by Firewall
