1. What is the performance of scanning BCIS BlueCoat ProxySG to read a URL and specify category url?
2. Where is the BCIS databe update obtained?
because there is a case where there is one url categorized as malware / suspicious url, while if we check on the web scanning other than symantec it is stated that the url is clean.
3. When does the BCIS update / symantec site review?
4. For Bluecoat Reporter there is category None, can we ask for help to update category none?
