    Posted Feb 12, 2016 02:47 AM

    Hi,

I would like to access a specific website (www.canyonencorse.fr) which is blocked by EndPoint protection.

I don't have any problem with other sites.

I have the following line in the log :

    1964359    11/02/2016 20:46:03    Blocked    5    Outgoing    TCP    www.canyonencorse.fr [213.186.33.19]    ......    C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe    ........    11/02/2016 20:46:04    11/02/2016 20:46:04    CASE-2015-10-30-3349

Where can I found the rule : CASE-2015-10-30-3349 to remove it ?

Thanks in advance for your help

    Cheers

This is located in your firewall policy on your SEPM. Do you have access to it? If not, you'll need to inform your admin. It may be there for a reason.

    Hello,

Check the Firewall Rules on Symantec Endpoint Protection, under Policies.

It would look something like this -
