    Anyone know how I can get in?

    I recently changed the password for admin, and documented it, but neither the new password or the old one is working now.

    Help, please!

    Well, I was getting the message saying the credentials were wrong, but now, I'm getting "The administrator account is locked."

    wait for 30 mins it will be unlocked
    or else forward your clock time to 1hour +
    log in should work fine

    go to
    <install drive>:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools 

    double click on resetpass.bat
    log in with user name: admin
    password: admin

    will ask u to change the password

    Is there a "backdoor" though, since what I documented as the new password isn't working, and neither is the old one?

    Is the password saved in some .ini or .cfg file hidden somewhere in the program folders?

    nope, u cannot get ur old password however u can reset it.

    go to 
    <install drive>:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools 

    double click on resetpass.bat
    log in with user name: admin
    password: admin

    will ask u to change the password

    To reset the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager password to the following:

    Open Windows Explorer and navigate to:

    \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools

    Double-click

    Resetpass.bat

    This will reset the password to the following:

    Username = admin

    Password = admin

    Following login, user will be prompted to change the password. The password may be changed to the previous password.

    If the admin account is locked , Chnage the system time , Incraese that by an Hour and  then run the resetpass
