i think that is bad for symantec sales
that is why retailers are not able to sell to personal users in our city.
other antivirus software are providing link for checking status and solutions and update datatime in which its solution is found..
if client are not satisfied they will not purchase software.
We as retailer visit client site and take samples and sumbit samples to symantec.
and symantec should respect training provided to our team and efforts inputed towards collecting virus samples and submitting it to symantec.
so i feel symantec should provide some link to check status and solution notes.. so that we as retailers provide answers to our personal (users) or smb clients.. regarding symantec or norton antivirus products..
instead of keeping it as a confidential information
and available for SMB or enterprise business users.
