  • 1.  Security Status - Attention Needed

    On my main management screen the status is red and says Security Status - Attention Needed.  When I click View Details it opens up but everything is showing green and within the threshold.  Is there somewhere else I should look for an issue?  Thanks.

    Log into the SEPM and click

    Log into the SEPM and click on the Admin tab.

    Click on Servers.

    Select the "Local Site" from the list of Servers.

    Under "Tasks," select Edit Site Properties.

    Under the "General" tab, there is a check box that says "Delete clients that have not connected for X days." By default this is set to 30. Change the number of days as desired.

    Click OK.

    Hi CoveWolf. After clicking and viewing the 'Details...' did the bar on the home page also change to green or if you hit the refresh?

    I am using 12.1.  It ran for a couple of weeks just fine.  It would turn red if there was an issue and go back to green after I resolved the issue.  This started late last week. I  can click refresh, I can click view details, and I even rebooted the server and it is still showing up as red.

    Thanks Rafeeq.  Would this problem apply to individuals not using Intrusion Prevention?  Also would it not show up as a failure in the view details window?  Thanks.

    as per the doc it would show up out of date, 

    does your server use  DDMMYYYY date format ??

    For india, its MM/ DD/YYYY, I dont see any such errors so far..

    It seems that may be the problem.  I am using whatever format is defualt.  I guess I'll try changing it to MMDDYYYY.  Thanks for your help!
