The company recently renewed our Multi-Tier Protection. The renewal certificate they sent us says for 11.0.2. We have recently been having an issue when we go into the Symantec System Center Console. Our server shows up as disabled. I have gone through all the steps listed on the Symantec site to enbale the server, but am not having any luck. I was wondering if I am going to have to update to version 11.0.2 or if I just need to update the serial number somewhere since it changed????
I am planning on updating to version 11.0.2, but I want to be able to test it in a sandbox area before I migrate the whole company over to the newer version.
