After running the diagnostic tool, I have found serveral problems in the report.
1. One or more Symantec Endpoint Protection definition sets are corrupted
2. Some of the Endpoint Protection Client features are disabled.
3. The Windows AutoRun feature is enabled.
4. Windows Firewall Configuration
5. System does not meet the recommendations for Syamtec Endpoint Protection 14.0: remote install.
I guess the update problem is caused by the first entry, is there a way to uninstall the corrupted definitons and then install new ones? thanks!
