I am unable to connect to the Apple iTunes store, and it has been suggested that it may be due to my Symantec Endpoint firewall settings.  The iTunes application opens, but it never gets past the "Accessing iTunes Store" screen.  No error messages are displayed.

Could this be an issue with my anti-virus protection disallowing the connection?  If so, how do I adjust it without opening my computer to other malware attacks?

Thanks for whatever solutions can be offered!

    Hello,

Could you let us know what version of SEP are you running on your machine? Is that SEP 11.x or SEP 12.1?

Please make sure your Endpoint Protection firewall is configured to allow traffic for the Airport application.

If this is an unmanaged SEP client, see Firewall Policies on Unmanaged Clients
