Exact version here? What was wrong that you did a repair? Is the service started?

No there was no issue except the SEPM was not showing the right info of update on Home Tap, then after i repaired SEPM and after the last screen is gone it came a pops up screen with error "a java exception has occurred"

was there any system restore? Check the smc-server0.log its might show some error

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs

Any recent update for Java? you can try running management server configuration wizard once..

Was there any update or solution on this?

Currently facing the same issue after a failed Upgrade (WSH error when extracting the MSI - Error 1722) from 12.1.4 to 12.1.5 with a subsequent repair attempt.
