What is the correct URL for Symantec Reputation servers (Insight) ?

This article: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH162219 tells me it's https://ent-shasta-rrs.symantec.com/mrclean

While this article: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH162286 says it's https://ent-shasta-mr-clean.symantec.com & https://ent-shasta-rrs.symantec.com

 

The problem is, when type the 1st URL In a web browser I get "400 Bad Request" , even when bypassing the proxy.

2nd and 3rd URL`s redirects me to symantec.com and us.norton.com respectively.

 

Since the 2nd article has a newer update time, I believe the 1st article must be reviwed/updated.

 

Do you see the same ?

i did check these urls  it's https://ent-shasta-mr-clean.symantec.com & https://ent-shasta-rrs.symantec.com ;

both of these redirect to Symantec.

So article TECH162219 must be corrected.
