SEMP - Installation operation failed

Hi.
I wanted to update Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager to RU5 version. I decided to update because TMP folders (program files\common files\symantec shared\symcdata\sesmvirdef64) consuming large amounts of disk space. Already I have updated SEMP according to this document service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2009090313483348 on 2 servers and was completed succesfully. Now on third server i got an error event: ID 11708, Source MsiInstaller, Description "Product: Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager - Installation operation failed." During installation in certain moment an installator progress is reversed. On the server is Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2. Please help.

Please go to Run and type %temp%

and look for the file SEPM_Inst.log

and paste  the logs

 Make sure you have enoguh disk space avialable on C when doing the upgrade..Dele all the tmps etc.
If it still failslooks into the install log for return value 3.

I have enough disk space available on C and I deleted all temps and same event.

 Repair SEPM then try to upgrade..

I have repaired succesfull but at the upgrade is the same effect.

if you trying to run the intall remote, try doing it locally,
the setup log file should contain more info regarding the error.
